About the devlog

shipsmall.blog is a public log of one person's small software projects — mostly the honest, unromantic parts: the pricing experiments that failed, the deployments that broke, the invoices that eventually got paid.

Written by Alex Ridge, an independent software engineer who has, over the past few years, launched about a dozen small tools of the "solves one specific person's problem" variety. Some of them make a few hundred dollars a month. Some of them make nothing. All of them show up here.
